They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I think he's one of the best doctors in orlando

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I appreciated that they explained my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt a lot more informed. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They've always been on time for my appointments. I've never had to worry about them showing up late or not showing up at all. I have been with Dr Nadjafi for over ten years and have the utmost trust in him. He keeps up with the most current information relating to patient treatment, he is current in education. Dr Nadjafi remembers things I have told him ten years ago, he is a good listener and provides excellent treatment
