I will never return to this office for any dental work!! They seemed to think of me as a blank check and started coming up a laundry list of unnecessary work that needed to be completed. When I refused the work for a second opinion they started giving me the run around and refused to give me my xrays unless I pay a fee. After calling my insurance to confirm they were not allowed to charge they still continue to make one excuse after another why I cannot have the xrays. If I really need all the work wouldn't a second opinion verify their opinion?

Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Probably, I wasn't impressed
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
Not at all, they were ridiculous!

I am currently suing this place for the work they did on me. I can not stress enough to NOT go to this dentist. Just walk in the front door to get a "feel" for this place first, let alone take a good look at the very old and run down and always trash strewn location of this office.
This office contracts out to ANY insurance provider which means they will take anyone because they can not KEEP clients for very long (like myself). I was paying less, but come to find out I absolutely WAS getting what I paid for, which was garbage treatment.
The atmosphere is in NO WAY welcoming nor is it professional by ANY stretch of the imagination. The waiting area is dark and usually dirty and looks like it used to be an old mexican restaurant lobby. The "children" that they have working behind the counter would have trouble SPELLING "professional" let alone act as such. This place is a joke! I have never met nor even seen Dr. Lubsuck, the staff always seems half asleep and you WILL be worked on by someone in "training".

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes, they were very pushy

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
