I have been a patient of his for over 10 years , and have found him to be very kind and personable , he will sit and actually listen to your health concern's , and give what seems to be a well researched defined answer to you as well as numerous solutions to ones personal issues. You just don't find a doctor out there like this one every day , for I have found that a real caring well educated doctor like him , are very far and few in between life's inadequate choices in this field .

He is a predator. He used his doctor status to pressure me. I didn't know what to say. He asked if I ever tried Viagra then told me I should take one. He removed my clothes, fondeled my privates and when I didn't stop him he turned me over and penetrated me. I was debased. It was in 2006 and I suffer mentally from it still. I never came forward to authorities and now I am seeing it was a pattern with him. What should I do? Is it too late to report him?

I'm very hurt to find that he is still practicing. Dr. Burke gained my trust and made me feel like he was a professional who was there to help me with the issues I was seeing him for. He made me feel safe and he abused his authority by sexually assaulting me. This happened 2 different times and by the second visit, I realized what happened was soooo not right. I felt violated and emotional. I continue to suffer from psychological issues due to what he did to me. The part that hurt the most and crushed me was when his wife was on the news and said that these girls coming forward were lying. How could she be so oblivious to who he really is and what he's done? How could she continue to lay in bed with him each night, knowing he's molested so many of his patients??!

I am saddened this provider is still allowed to practice medicine. I am suffering from psychological issues as a result of this man acting as my primary care provider. He sexually battered me on more than one office visit by gaining my trust & taking advantage of my vulnerability of my medical condition. The State of Florida (Department of Health) has sanctions whereas this provider can only treat male patients at this time.
