Delta Dental sent me to this practice. They started off with a cleaning and exam. Then they began pushing me for a complete set of new crowns. After several thousand dollars worth of work. I called for a six month cleaning and they never returned my calls, never answered the phone personally, but went straight to an answering machine. They never returned my calls. They had got my money and did not want the usual regular service of cleaning . I felt ripped off and went to a new dentist. The dental work was adequate and the actual technicians were OK.

Their office is pretty quiet than most places I've visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their prices were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. They didn't do too much to welcome me, nor make my daughter feel comfortable or calm! They BURNED my daughter around her mouth area with the liquid/gel like chemicals they were using on her and tried to say she was allergic to LATEX! PLEASE!!! If that were the case, she would of had a reaction when they took the x-ays! She was CRYING and they wouldn't stop, they just stared at each other a few times. It wasn't until I told them to STOP the work because her little face/mouth area was blistering up!! STUPIDS!!!! Whenever I called with a question or concern about it getting worse, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid and they didnt show any concern about it anyway. The MAIN-Dentist was supposed to call me......It's been almost 2years AND STILL NO CALL! The girl was contradicting and a little too argumentative on everything I asked. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. THIS WAS THE WORSE PLACE EVER!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE! Ohhh, I also needed work, they REFUSED to put silver fillings on my molars and INSISTED I get the white ones instead, and wanted me to pay almost $150 per filling....I have the silver ones on all molars, and they wanted to remove them all to replace them with the white....like I can afford almost $1,200 for fillings V.S silver for FREEEE!!! Yahh!!

Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. They're always recommending an expensive procedure that I really don't think I need. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. The office manager spent mre time on her cell phone, than interacting with the patients, She was rude and I felt I was bothering her just by coming into the office. I think her name was Jennifer.
