Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The office was easy enough to find. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Dr Rodgers really listened to what I had to say and I had confidence in his treatment plan. His support and encouragement made all the difference while I was adjusting to using a CPAP machine. I couldn't have stayed with it without him. The very best physican experiences I have ever had.
