I started seeing Dr. Garg a few months back because it was the only place I could afford b/c of no insurance. At the very first visit, I noticed that the waiting room was FILTHY and had a VERY foul smell. Also, there were bugs and spiders crawling around on the white floor that looked black/gray because I seriously doubt they ever mop or use scented disinfectants. So off the bat, I was sketchy because I was always told a doctor is only as sanitary as his office. Well, proceeded with first visit and at first visit, Dr. Garg seemed very nice, polite, and interested in helping with my issues. Then, a month and a half ago, my shrink changed my medications up, I had a bad reaction and it was a Saturday morning so I went to Dr. Garg to get help from him. Apparently, the reaction I had became worse upon arriving at his office and I blacked out in the waiting room. I came to surrounded by EMS and no idea as to what happened or why it happened. Well, a couple days later I went in to talk to Garg and he told me in his words what happened. In great detail, I explained that I had started a new psychiatric med, and that I truly believed I had a reaction to it. He told me to stop the medication, was still smiling and polite with me, and I thought we were okay. Well apparently I was dead wrong. Yesterday, a postal worker showed up at my door with a certified letter and upon opening it, I read that the clinic was discharging my as a patient, and the reason they stated was because the patient/doctor relationship was unsatisfactory!! I have no idea what that means! I have NEVER been rude to Garg, I had ALWAYS spoken VERY highly of him to other people and had even recommended quite a few people to him. I thought things were fine! BUT, the letter told me that they would treat me for 30 days, because that should be AMPLE time for an uninsured person to magically be able to afford insurance and another doctor. The thing that REALLY got me about the letter, is it was dated July 16th, 2012, and it was not delivered until AUGUST 7th, 2012, which kind of indicates to me that they sent it out as late as they possibly could in order to avoid having to treat me for the required 30 days! I have to say that I am shocked, hurt, and dismayed. It would have been nice if in the letter that they sent, the doctor would have at least briefly explained why he felt the doctor/patient relationship was not good. That's all I ask. I don't think that is unreasonable to want to know why! So, for an unknown reason, I have been rudely discharged, and now am once again without healthcare after looking for this clinic for 4 years. DON'T GO THERE!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!!! I really wish this was a better business bureau issue, because I would definitely report this to them. I was treated unfairly, and I will personally warn ANYONE considering this office, to FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! What they put me through was outright revolting and I will NEVER step foot in that filthy smelly clinic EVER again!

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
