Dr. Monk is conscientious and professional. She works hard to give her patients the attention they need. Being in pain management is a bad place to be if you're looking for descent ratings. Most patients are legitimate and truly want help for their pain. These patients are often treated with trigger point injections and the results are very favorable. Occasionally, you have the drug seekers and doctor shoppers who are only interested in narcotic prescriptions. If they don't get it, they sometimes come to these doctor judgement websites and trash the doctor for not giving them what they wanted.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
