The Dr's at this practice are very attentive to their patients on the otherhand the front office staff are terrible RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! I was discharged from their office after trying to reschedule a missed appointment. I tried to explain that I am a full time student and a mother of two and have alot on my plate. They have no reguard for single mothers with full schedules!

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Everyone should be aware of the unprofessional staff. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on my children and they did. My son had an asthma attack and they said the Dr was booked and could not see him. The staff is extremely rude and discourteous and would advise any parent who cares about their children not to go to this care facility.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
