This office is fabulous! The office staff and office manager Denise are always so friendly and accommodating. It is the nicest pediatric office in the panhandle. The doctors are professional and go above and beyond. if u were discharged it wasn't because of them.it was probably how u spoke to them on the phone or are way behind on Copays or your behavior was appalling in the office/on the phone. Possitive reviews out weigh negative.

I would give a zero, if it were available. My insurance will not allow an PCP change in the middle of the year, or I would go elsewhere. I began going there when a Nurse Practitioner was there (Kristi Wells), and was very happy with her professionalism. The only thing that makes office visits bearable are the office staff.

Cleanliness: Floors are filthy and made of wood, which absorbs bacteria. Not a smart design for a medical office. I spilled water on the floor during a visit, and when it was wiped up, the paper towel was filthy.

Wait time: typically 30-45 minutes in the lobby and an additional 15-30 minutes in the exam room.

Time with Dr: Less than 2 minutes. Seriously. During the last sick-visit, I was in the middle of a sentence and he walked out.

Dr Answering questions: He is the type of Dr who is impatient and will not take the time to answer questions or even ask questions. He reads directly from the Nurses notes, looks at the problem area quickly and leaves. He didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.

Bedside Manner: Non-Existent. His arrogance and blatant disregard for parents concerns are obvious. He lacks basic human decency.

Helpfulness: If there is a special request or there is a need to call him after hours, he will make sure to let you know that it is "putting him out," and interrupting his family time.

I am not one to write reviews, but I feel very strongly about saving the next parent the heartache of being ignored by their child's pediatrician.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them what my circumstances are, however, my son does not go that much. They are very thorough, careful pediatricians.
