It is a complete shame how this doctor has treated my elderly mother. I had speculation for a while that Dr. Miley did not have my mother's best interest at heart and, unfortunately, it has proven that my gut was right. Long story short, my mom fell and after the ER sent the scan to Dr. Miley, my mom was told that her tailbone was broken. My mother asked for assistance with pain relief, but was told that they would not help her and that she will need to go to a pain management clinic. My mom was given no referral to a pain clinic, no compassion, no recommendation to a Physical Therapist, no “I would like to see you back in a month to see how you are doing,” NOTHING. If you are looking for a physician to provide basic humane, genuine healthcare, provide solutions and offer compassion, keep looking. I will be helping my mother find a new primary care doctor.

I was a patient of Dr. Miley for over 15 years and then without warning she said I can not be your doctor any more. After many calls to her office her response was I do not have to give you a reason. All I can say is from July 3 2015 to December 28 2015 I lost more than 30lbs and was removed from medications . I was trying to get in better health and loose more weight but she seem to want to keep giving me more drugs.

My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. When you call to make an appt or ask a question....machines. Billing errors...impossible to clear up.
