Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. the trouble I do have is getting a hold of them, I spend hours trying to reach them, the phone lines are always busy, I do not know why they do not hire more office help, which I have also applied for, I wait for hours for a response when I do leave a message, very unsatisfied with getting a hold of this office...
