I took both of my parents to Dr. John Laubenthal’s office in Panama City Beach, Florida. Dr. Laubenthal warmly greets his patients. He takes the time to really listen to what his patients have to say. He is respectful, caring and kind in his approach to helping people. He talks with his patients and not at them. Dr. Laubenthal is an excellent Psychiatrist. He is brilliant, and keeps up with all the new medication.He is empathic when listening to patients problems. I highly recommend him to my clients. Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I am very happy that I chose this doctor. He is very concerned about the dangers of certain types of medications & tries to avoid using addictive meds if possible. I have been seeing him for years & I occasionally see patients who are upset that they couldn't get their Xanax or whatever & I'd bet those are the ones leaving the negative reviews. The office is very comfortable & the waiting time is usually <5 min. Shauna is very helpful & Dr. Laubenthal is very knowledgeable & professional. I have seen several different Psychiatrists over the years & Dr. Laubenthal is my favorite !!! Highly Recommended !!!

The wait in the waiting room always feels ten times longer when they don't have a good magazine selection, but they have one of the best selections I've ever seen here. They were very entertaining and up-to-date. I noticed their credentials displayed on the wall as soon as I walked in. It immediately made me more comfortable and confident that I was seeing someone who was very qualified. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
