The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Dr Maner did not address the current problem. This sounds crazy, but he actually told me not to drink water (and to cut down on the salt), as this was causing my shortness of breath. He missed that fact that I had Leukemia.
