The front desk lady who wears her sunglasses on her head, checks her cell phone while you're checking in, and oh yeah picks at her face is in mirror, is the rudest woman in the world. Every time that I've bad the unfortunate luck to deal with her I've had to bite my tounge. You work at a pediatric office for crying out loud, either change your attitude or find a job where they can put you away from people. I've watched her be rude to other patients while being there as well. Having this lady as the first and last thing people see when going to your practice is a joke; hire someone who actually wants to help people, or can at least pretend. I'll be looking for a new place to take my children to.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Doctor Zimmerman was my childhood pediatrician and is now my children's pediatrician. If it weren't for the fast thinking and excellent judgment of Dr. Z, my son would not be with us today. I LOVE THIS PRACTICE!!
