I AM LATE WRITING THIS...HOWEVER I NEED TO LET DR MONA KNOW THAT HE SAVED MY LIFE IN 1994....I UNDERWENT REMOVAL OF MY BLADDER DUE TO BLADDER CANCER, AND DUE TO DR MONA'S EXCELLENT CARE AND SUPPORT HAVE GONE ON TO LIVE THE REST OF MY LIFE IN A MEANINGFUL AND POSITIVE WAY. THANK YOU DR MONA YOU HAVE ALWAYS BEEN AND CONTINUE TO BE IN MY PRAYERS.

This provider sometimes has promotions going on but only if you ask. You really have to look hard to find coupons. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

They were friendly and made me feel at home. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was very satisfied with my visit. Dr. Mona is one of the nicest, most caring doctors I've ever had. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
