Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

They were cold and unwelcoming here. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire appointment. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
