He entered the room, he talked over my head with his PA, like I was not in the room at all and I had to interrupt adn state, Excuse me I am right here, it is my health , my lungs and I have questions! Only then did he turn around and spoke to me. He also entered the room with latex gloves already on, and I am not sure if he used them on another patient in another room, hearing them hacking and caughing

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was very impressed with their advanced and sophisticated equipment. You can tell they only want the best for their patients.
