EXCELLENT!!! Takes her time with patients, addresses issues, very efficient, detail oriented, caring. Dr. Robbins quality is beyond expectation, would highly recommend. Office, Waiting room, Bathroom very clean.. Lobby area, very clean but old. This is not a "meat processing" where you are in and out, this Dr. is true.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Although Dr Robbins seems to be a nice person and a good Dr. She is less than professional as is her staff in getting documents in a timely manner - this 1 document has been requested weekly and is much needed in order to get my mother into a safe facility. They know of her condition and are putting her at risk of her safety and well being. Her receptionist has rudely hung up the phone on me while I was requesting info.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
