I am very dissatisfied with this cardiology practice. They are completely overloaded with patients, and are very disorganized. My primary dr referred me, and when I came in for my appointment they told me that I wasn't in the system (they had the appt, just not my info). After I had the ECHO done, they said they would call me the following day with the results. I waited and finally followed up with them, left 3 messages and it wasn't until 8 days later that they called me with the results. They seem to have way too many patients and I think I'll look for a cardiologist who isn't running a factory.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I felt comfortable that the medical equipment they used was the most advanced and safest models available. I knew that I was in the very best possible care. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I have been taking my father to this Doctor for several years. He also makes personal calls to the hospital. He is kind and listens before he speaks!!
