While waiting to be seen, everyone who came after me was called in.
After an hour of this going on, I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. She said I should be next because someone had picked up
my file. I sat back down and people who came after me continued to be called in and some were even finished and had left. I waited an additional fifteen minutes after which I decided to leave. The receptionist said she could check to see what the holdup was, but I told her not to bother. She could have done that after an hour when I asked her. I didn't even need to see the doctor. She had told me when I was there before that I might be seeing the nurse practitioner. Most of my doctors are pretty much on schedule or close to it, but this is ridiculous.

I consulted this office about treatment to eliminate brown spots on my face. I was told a series of 5 FotoFacial treatments would solve the problem. I explained I was leaving town in four months, so probaly should delay the procedure 'til my return. They assured me it would be completed before I left. Then, after my third treatmnet, they called to tell me I would have to reschedule the final one as their office would be closed. Since a period of 3-4 weeks is required between treatments, I was unable to reschedule before leaving. I did not get the results I was told I could expect from the entire procedure. Dr. Davis' solution to this was to offer me a refund of less than 1/10 the (very expensive) cost. Completely unacceptable!
