I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Office staff was very rude and uncaring to me and my wife.
The doctor spent only a couple of minutes with us during the exam.
Very unprofessional service. I do not recommend Dr Choisser or his staff.

They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The office was easy enough to find. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
