Did the cosmetic surgeon pressure you to book your surgery right away instead of giving you time to think it over?
Not at all! I was able to schedule my surgery at my own convenience
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Not really, but I found a spot
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to give me the warmest welcome imaginable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They've never been critical of my appearance, and always work hard to make me feel supported and encouraged. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Did the cosmetic surgeon contact you to ask about your condition after your surgery?
Regularly! They called me at least every week to check up on me
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
