We have been going to this dentist office for almost 8 years and recently they have had quite the turnover in office staff as well as dentists. We provided them with new insurance information prior to our appointment and at the appointment they stated that they did not know if our insurance would cover the exam and cleaning so they choose to not accomplish any of the procedures. Additionally, the dentist is like a car mechanic in that he said that all the previous work I had done needed to be fixed and that all my fillings needed to be replaced as well as the veneers. Much of the work had been done in this office and now they want to replace all their previous work -- are you kidding! Finally, one dentist told my husband that the implants that he had done we really crap and that he would not have done it this way...guess everyone has an opinion especially when it has to do with someone else's work. This dentist is no longer at the office, but they replaced him with another dentist that cannot even order the right crowns. He order one porcelain and one gold when I specifically asked for them both to be gold. Then he put them in and it has taken three additional visits to get the bite right. They had a really great dentist in Dr. Steele, but I guess she could not stand the poor work by the staff and other dentists so she left. Finally, had my cleaning and the hygienist had her hair hanging in my face until I asked her to either put on a cap or tie her hair up -- not really interested in having her hair in my mouth if you know what I mean. I think we will be looking for another dentist as this one has certainly hit rock bottom!

The front office staff are the most unprofessional people I've ever encountered. They are rude, unfriendly and condescending. The dentist himself is absolutely fantastic. Does wonderful work and is ever so gentle. I would go back if I could get past the frontnoffice staff, but I can't, so I won't.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
