They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Staff very accommodating in terms of appointment scheduling.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They made efforts to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very important. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

Very personable group of practitioners, their advice seems to be based on the latest medical information without bias toward any particular meds, just offer meds that work for each patient. They try to give good customer service, but are a very busy practice. Once I had to wait an hour for a 10:30 am appointment, so I rescheduled for their first or second appointment of the day. They've begun to have evening hours which definitely helps with followups. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous with a human not machine base; they appreciate the need for privacy. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their offices are at the Washington Hospital Center which requires paid parking. They're very matter of fact: e.g., if you want to lower your blood pressure, you'll have to lose weight and exercise more.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
I was very impressed by the large scope of knowledge and professionalism displayed by the physician. Excellent practitioner.

When comparing her to others I have visited for the same condition, she is among the best I have seen, IF and only if you can get an appointment with HER, not the practitioner. You will wait an hour at the very minimum to be seen, but if you do decide to wait, you have her complete and undivided attention. This is a good thing, but many times it's overshadowed by the frustration you felt while waiting so long. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. She is almost always unavailable, so if you are lucky enough to get an appointment, keep it. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. Her office was nice and quiet.
