Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me during a procedure. It also seemed as if the assistants were doing all the work, rather than the denstist themselves. I went in for a cavity to get fixed, and left with pain and two tooth aches even after they have seen me the second time to see and "fix" the problem. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

A little, but it was bearable

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
