Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

This provider is with a concierge service ... they charge an additional monthly premium to provide services they should have been providing in the first place. If you don't join, then you will have to see a Nurse Practioner or a Physician Assistance. Only the people paying for conceirge services get to see the actual doctor. Her insurance premium paying patients are being put on the back burner. I pay $534 a month for healthcare and I feel disrespected.
