I came into the office for my appointment and was told at that time that unless I provided an address and allowed a copy to be made of my driver's license I could not get my tooth ache treated. I am a cash customer and enjoy my privacy. The staff was very bureaucratic and inflexible and refused service to me. To add insult to injury, they told me mockingly to 'Have a nice day'.It was the worst treatment that I have received in 71 years.
