I am amazed by compassion that Dr. Vester and his staff have for their patients. They always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I had broken a tooth on a Friday evening and left a message on their voicemail and within thirty minutes I received a call by Dr. Vester himself to advise me on what to do and gave me his cell phone number and said if I started having pain in the tooth to call him and he would meet me at the clinic to fix my tooth. You can't ask for better service than that !!! I've been going there for a few years and at a time I didn't have insurance, he did a temporary fix until I could get insurance so that I could save my tooth. He's friendly and soooo knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else !!!! Thank you, Dr. Vester for all you do.

Dr. Vester made a partial for me that I couldn't wear because it hurt my mouth and the fit was uncomfortable. One day I waited 7 hours to see him and had to return the next day and waited two hours to see him. I went twice a week for adjustments that didn't help for over 2 months. He kept telling me to get used to the partial. I asked for a refund to get a proper fitting partial and he said no. He said he was doing me a favor by adjusting my partial. He refused to fit me with a proper partial and I had to go elsewhere to get a partial. I am completely dissatisfied with Dr. Vester and would not recommend him. I would give me no stars.

Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! They've never left me waiting. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. The office building is he nicest dental office I have ever seen, and the quality of care is as good as it gets. The main restroom is a destination in itself with cloth hand towels and other ammenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. the dentist first saw me in a meeting room to discuss what I wanted to do with my teeth, and then they did the best and thoroughest examination I have ever had. When we were done, I had a complete understanding of my mouth and my problems. I could not afford the treatment suggested, so the doctor made sure he could give me the best treatment possible that fit in my budget. Not perfect, but what I can do for now. I really enjoyed my visits there, and the little lady out front was careful to make me comfortable with refreshments and such while waiting for my appointments. This is definitely a high-class operation, but without the high-class prices I have found elsewhere.

I can't believe another reviewer would say dr Vester was not friendly. I've been seeing him for over ten years and he's one of the most friendly guys I have ever met. Maybe the reviewer wasn't friendly. I moved to Mtn home for retirement and broke a tooth on a Friday. Well, back then there wasn't a dentist anywhere near their office on a Friday! A friend called Dr Vester on my behalf and he came right down. He did a temporary fix that day, and saw me over his lunchtime the following Monday. I was delighted, and very impressed. I have a complicated situation with my bad bite, and always seemed to be breaking stuff. Dr Vester explained in great detail what the problem was and how to fix it. It was expensive, but I haven't had a dental problem in over 8 years now! I could not believe that no one had offered a fix before, but I learned that some dentists just don't take the time to fully understand the problem and fix it, rather that just slapping another big filling or (expensive) crown on top of it. My wife, and now my daughter are all patients there as well, and we could not be more satisfied. Thank you, dr Vester!

I was traveling through mountain home Arkansas when I developed a serious dental problem. While eating at a local resteraunt, my implant-anchored bridge broke loose from the implants. I was left with an impossible situation, and I believed my vacation was over. I called several local dentists, but none felt like they could help me because of the complexity of my problem. Finally a receptionist at one of the offices suggested I call dr. Vester. I did, and he agreed to see me over his lunch time. What a nice guy! I needed a certain size replacement screw, and he had 3 where 4 were needed. His staff called dental offices for miles around with no luck, so they had one shipped next day. We stayed over night, and the next day dr. Vester had me put back together good as new. As a matter of fact, my bite feels better now than it ever did. Thank you, dr. Vester for taking the time to salvage my family vacation and put me back together better than ever!
