My son needed someone who could relate to him. This man would not seem able to relate to a young adult male with lots of issues----but he can. He's a no nonsense kind of person, and from what I could tell (I attended one session) he's not very "touchy feely" but that kind of thing is a huge turnoff for someone like my son. All I can say is, I felt very comfortable and confident in his abilities, and he helped my son with various problems, including ADHD, anxiety, depression. I was thrilled to finally find him after having experiences with people who could simply not reach my son.

Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Does not accept any insurance and is a cash only provider at $300/hr. For $300 an hour, I would not expect this "doctor" to be texting or emailing on his smartphone during my sons session. Additionally, his therapy method is basically, rephrase and repeat back to my son exactly what my son said to him. what a waste of time, and also a lot of money. Situated in west Hartford, I am sure he doesnt lack for people willing to pay him $300/hr to do basically nothing and oh yeah, call in a refill or two now and again.

I wouldn't feel safe under anyone else's care. They are one of the few psychiatrists I trust. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It always frustrates me when I have to spend a bunch of time driving around trying to find a parking spot, but I didn't have to do that here. I found one right away, and it was right next to the entrance. Not only was their advice completely unbiased, it was practical, realistic advice that I could implement into my everyday life, and it worked.
