Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed . I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.

The staff is friendly, Dr. Steckler doesn't seem to care about his patients though and doesn't listen. He also didn't treat the staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
