Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. The receptionist finds the need to play Dr. and diagnose pt's over the phone by reading labs and notes other drs had written. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me or did they have any empathy. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
This doctor will cancel his appointments on you last minute, he does it very often and the receptionist doesnt find it necessary to get you in as quickly as possible.
