No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I had a problem and one dr wanted to do surgery on me and she disagree and she put me on a med that helped me with the problem and I was so much better she is a life saver.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Yes, they were the fastest I've seen and very polite

Yes, they were extremely thorough
Was this provider's office too cold?
No, it was fine
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
