Dr. Francechina is just a really cool guy. He listens to everything you have to say, and looks at the whole picture. He doesn't prescribe antibiotics for everything like other doctors do ... if you go in with a sinus infection, for example, he'll recommend steam, sudafed, mucinex, fluids, and will write a prescription for an antibiotic to fill only if nothing else works. I really like his approach. Highly recommend!
