They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
