I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.
