Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

I had to wait at least 45 minutes before going into examing room and then waited 20 minutes for the Dr to come in. Other visits the same - usually up to an hour wait to see Dr. Front staff needs to adjust appointment times so patients don't have to wait. Dr is very professional and comes highly recommended - he gets 5 stars.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
