Considering I was paying out of pocket, it was pretty much a complete waste of $70. Doctor basically said nothing. Told me I'd be fine. $70 later I still have a big red spot on my head and I should probably go see another dermatologist. Dr. Weiss's advice: grow your hair out and it will cover the redness... That doesn't help me and I certainly didn't need to consult a professional to hear that.

Dr. Weiss is a no nonsense guy so if you want a smiley guy, go elsewhere. If you want a Dr. who is smart, knows exactly what something is, gets you better, go here. I have seen him for yrs, since I was a teen. I take my kids here with eczema and any other skin issue I ever see. I have read reviews he is mean and just wants money. I disagree. As a young adult, I happened to call on a saturday and was amazed he was in. He just happened to be getting his mail and answered the phone. I was able to come into his office on a normal day off., I was impressed by that. If you can get past his no nonsense demeanor, he's actually nice and funny. He's professional too. I had a bump on my shoulder and as I pulled down my shirt at the neckline, just to show him the bump, not thinking anything of it, he immediately stopped me to get a female employee in the room. I thought that was professional and a smart move. LIsten, bottom line, if you want to see a Dr that knows his profession, Dr Weiss is IT. Oh, one thing, there is always a wait in his office so don't be pressed for time when you make your appt.

I loved how friendly the staff was. They gave me such a warm welcome. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

The doctor was really rude & didn't know what he was talking about. Really stupid, I really question who he got his degree. He didn't do anything but later when I received the bill statement, he charge me for surgery which he never preform. Save yourself time & money & find another doctor. He'll cheat your insurance money, so look carefully at your bill statement. I should have done my research & found that he had bad review on other sites...so I'm taking my time to write a review on this doctor every sites that he's on so people won't be cheat by him. I've learned my lesson & hope others will avoid the mistake I made & find a better dermatologist.

The doctor was insulting and condescending. We went in to seek treatment for a skin issue we suspected was due to medication changes and he acted like we were taking the drug for no good reason and should stop. He was not at all understanding, even though he may have had some past experience he could relate to on our issue. He was too abrupt in his manner, not good with my teen daughter at all, and was pretty much a jerk. I would definitely not recommend hime to anyone. We had been to Dr. Norwood and loved him but could not get an appt for months. I guess this is why we were able to get an appointment so quickly with Dr. Weiss.
