I've been a patient here for many years and Dr. Harrell and the rest of the staff are very friendly and down-to-earth. The office has a comfortable, relaxed feeling instead of the cold, strictly clinical atmosphere most offices have. Dr. Harrell is gentle and compassionate and makes you feel at ease. Extractions and root canals, etc. aren't much fun for anyone, but at least now I never have to feel nervous or worried no matter what procedure I'm having done. Appointments are easy to get, usually even at short notice, and they always call me the day before as a reminder. They're also very prompt; I don't think I've ever waited more than 10 minutes after arriving.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
