The doctors and staff at Alabama Dental Associates are so kind and attentive to me. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are the most caring staff I've ever dealt with and their hours are convenient for my busy schedule. My family and I have been patients for over twenty years and would never consider going anywhere else!

I have been a patient at Alabama Dental for over 20 years. All of the doctors and staff are wonderful. I tend to be a little afraid of going to the dentist, but they always put me at ease. The work I have gotten done is wonderful and the help from all the girls was amazing. They really know how to make you feel like you are the only patient in the office. I recommend them to all my family and friends,and most are patients of theirs now. Three thumb up!!!!!!!

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
A little, it was faint but I noticed one
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Was the dental equipment clean?
Absolutely! It looked brand new

I went in because I believed my tooth had cracked, which it had. About 65% of my contact time was with the dentist's helpers (dental assististants?). The dentist did the grinding on the tooth but everything else to prepare and set the temporary crown as well as getting the impression for the actual crown was done by these assistants. Since then, I have been back twice for problems with the temporary; in fact, the 1st return visit they just reinstalled the temporary despite the fact that it had a hole in it. I have been in pain for 10 days and it appears that I have an absess.

It took 5 hours for them to respond to my calls left on their emergency line and by the tune they called, the pharmacy was closed for the night. I am miserable right now and the dentist now says he didn't know that I had been in pain like this despite the fact that i had returned twice and each time told the assistants about my pain.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need.
