Dr Sandell is an awesome Dr and he listens and makes you feel like he understands what is going on with you and makes sure you have the. Eat pain relief medication for you. Never too much and he keeps track of what you are taking and lowers it when it's possible. He wants to make sure you have excellent pain control but he is very conscious of how much you are getting and if it's too much or not enough. Of al the pain Dr's I've gone to in this city he is the BEST THE NICEST AND THE MOST FRIENDLY DR. He talks to you like you are a real person and not just a chart or number also. I'll never go to another pain specialist again except him. Thank you Dr Sandell you are the BEST!!!

Dr. Sandell was very good and always listened to me. It was his staff that I had problems with. The PA's were terrible. They did not listen, they did not help, and they gave me a drug screen with a lab that my insurance doesn't use which charged me $3000. Yes, $3 thousand for a drug screen. I understand you have to test the patients for the drugs you are giving them, but send the test to their lab not an unknown lab. Also another problem was the PA wanted to send me to physical therapy which I told him I had done many times and it never helped, but he never listened. The staff was terrible.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I will absolutely be returning there again. I would choose them over anyone else in the field in a heartbeat. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Every time I go, they always remember me and address me by name. It's so nice not to have to re-explain myself every time I visit.
