I have been bringing my kids here for 17yrs. I absolutly adore Dr. Kutalek and his staff. It's nice to see familiar faces and not new ones all the time. They work with my schedule when needed and have same day appointments. The staff is very knowlegeable and helpfull. I love that they have Saturday hours. I highly recomend Evergreen/Conifer pediatrics.

I was told that the offices had the ability to take x-rays - upon my initial "interview" I was told "oh yes, if your child has a broken arm for example, bring him right here and we can take care of them!" My son fell on his shoulder, and although we were given a same-day appointment quickly, we were told (after waiting for over an hour) that they do NOT have xray services! (I would have gone straight to the urgent care if I had known this - AND I wish the person over the phone telling us to come in would have said this!! I specifically said I need to see if he broke his collarbone..she said come right in) I ended up going to Urgent Care down the street, they suggested to save time and money to just get xray and go back to dr for care - after SEVERAL calls from my cell, I was told "the doctor would be more comfortable if you stays with urgent care". So the 95% surety that his collarbone was broken, ended up being a pulled tendon. Did they call to followup to see how he is doing? NO. Did they make sure to bill us? YES. I have already switched doctors since then...

I will refer my friends and family here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was organized and well taken care of. They were professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here.

I love Evergreen Pediatrics. They can almost always get my son in to see a doctor the day that I call, which is so important to me. They are caring and thorough in their care for him. And they always take the time to answer my questions.

Dr. Kutalek has been our preferred doc for our three children since birth and we've been going to him for many years. He is very caring and thorough and takes his time in explaining things. On several occasions he has pulled a pen from his pocket and drawn pictures on the exam bench paper to illustrate his explanations. My youngest, a thriving, athletic teenager now, was born with a rare condition and was very ill as an infant. Dr. Kutalek has followed her health for 15 years and I do not look forward to the day that we she is too old for a pediatrician. I believe he is a highly intelligent and well-educated (Johns Hopkins) doctor who is truly devoted to health care as his calling in life. He has opened clinics to serve the needs of uninsured children in low income areas. Dr. Kutalek is a hero!
