Our experience with Rocky Mountain Health Center Pediatrics has been nothing but negative. We recently moved to CO from TX and found this provider through our insurance company. The office staff is unprofessional, does not introduce themselves and doesn't appear to care about the safety of their patients. Our first visit was for a well child check up and when I expressed concerns about my sons verbal skills I was brushed off by Dr. Ginder, the medical assistant that got his vitals didn't wait for the scale to finish before noting his weight and the whole visit felt rushed. The fact that our previous pediatrician was concerned about both his weight gain and his verbal ability prior to our move so that just makes this more concerning! Just recently I called to schedule flu vaccines for both of my children (the older one has not been seen by this office yet) and was first told that I just needed to bring his last physical and shot record. The day of the appointment I was called 20 min prior to the appointment and told I would have to bring my older son in for an actual appointment (and subsequently pay a $50 "sick" copay) before they would administer a flu vaccine. When I informed them that our insurance was new and they could charge it as a well child check (avoiding the copay) they said they didn't have appointments for well checks but that I would have to bring him back at a later time. Fast forward 10 minutes when they call my younger son back for his flu shot and the nurse never introduced herself, didn't verify my sons identity or why we were even there. She gives him the shot then rushes out of the room...I had to follow her down the hall to tell her I needed the record because we weren't coming back and asked for a Tylenol dosage sheet. She seemed annoyed because we had to weigh him to know the actual dosage (shocker!) and it wasn't until I left the office before I realized she didn't give us any info about the actual vaccine, side effects, what to watch out for etc. So unprofessional. Don't bring your kids here!

I can't say enough good things about this group. We've seen Dr. Beck and Dr. Mourani on multiple occasions, for wellness as well as sick visits. Both doctors are excellent and go above and beyond to answer questions and take the time to make you feel like family, not just a patient. It's obvious that they truly love what they do. We've also used the overnight oncall system when our little one was sick and the nurses we've talked to over the phone are amazing. Big thank you to Dr. Beck and Dr. Mourani!!!

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

I felt that I received so much value from my appointment because of the thoroughly holistic approach they had in place. It's rare. Thank you!

I waited a long time at my original meet-and-greet appointment, but then at the follow-up the next day they got us right in. The room was very plain and was not decorated for kids; there were no pictures, mobiles or anything. The staff appears to be capable, but often rushed.
