Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Dr William Sykes is very unprofessional he will call at 4:55pm the day before your appointment and cancel or to set a new time for your appointment. Then when you go at the new time he leaves you sitting for 45 minutes to an hour waiting because he has double booked himself and not let his staff know what he is doing. We will be looking for someone else to take care of our son. I am very dissatisfied with his care practices. Don't go to Dr Sykes unless you have a very flexible schedule or have nothing better to do the week of your appointment.

Dr. Sykes demonstrates little empathy and compassion when it comes to his patients. He was far too quick to shove a pill down my throat, despite explicitly telling him that was not the course of action I wanted to take. After a year of treatment, I feel he did very little for me. Not to mention constantly starting our sessions 5-10 min late and ending them 15-20 min early. Would never, ever go back to this doctor.

Dr. Sykes does not listen to patients. He does not always return phone calls either. If you have complex problems, don't see him. He refers you to things he doesn't even know about and also he doesn't know the cost of these services.

I made an appt for a specific issue and requested the appt be made with a doc who could help with that issue and also prescribe meds. The appt was made with Dr. William Sykes. He immediately came off as uninterested and uncaring. I got 2 sentences out of my mouth and he told me he could not help me and kicked me out of his office. It was the worst doc appt I have ever had in my life and you could not pay me to ever go back to him I would never, ever take a child to see him or refer him to anyone. Worst doctor EVER. I was in dire need for help and he kicked me to the curb. I had to scramble to find another doc who could help me before I flew out of town.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
