All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

I found out two days ago (Wed. February 9th, 2011) that I had an abscess in my lower right molar from a dentist I saw. It cost $128 JUST for an x-ray and they didn't even give me the film to take to Dr. Preece today (Friday February 11th, 2011). Since he was doing free emergency dental procedures and I don't have insurance I showed up at 6:00am and I was the first one there. They got me in right at 8:00am when they opened and I was done with the first part of a root canal by 9:00am. I am really embarrassed about my teeth because there are a lot of problems with them, and Dr. Preece and his assistant made me feel so comfortable and at ease. He is the nicest dentist I have ever known, and really knows his stuff! During the procedure he was joking about certain musicians and made me feel like I was not even having a root canal. Just like the ad said, it was all free!!!!!! The office is super clean, the staff is awesome and nice, and Dr. Preece is, to me, the best dentist Alaska...better yet the United States has to offer!!! I would recommend this office/dentist to everyone!!! You will not find a better place to go for your dental needs!!!!
