Horrible experience with Dr. Vargas. Can I give less than one star? I was extremely disappointed. I am embarrassed for him, his "used car salesman" like attitude. and sarcastic manner. My visit was very uncomfortable. I felt less than human as Dr. Vargas continued to look at his watch and make comments about how popular and great he was at his job. Other patients were scheduled at the same time as me and he seemed annoyed that I had questions. He kept cracking odd and random jokes during my visit. I am all about humor but not at the expense of my referring dentist and the reason I was in to see him. I have had a long road in the dentistry world and have never had such a terrible experience. I am not a difficult patient nor do I have terrible teeth, but I have been through may dental hurdles (not that he would know anything about me or my past as he didn't seem to care). It wasn't until I started tearing up that he backed off a little. I wasn't scheduled a consultation (even though that is what my dentist had requested) and I will happily pay out of pocket to see another doctor. I will NOT step into that office again. To sum up my experience; very unprofessional. I do want to add that the office staff were nice and accommodating.

I've always been a nervous Nellie around dentists, and I totally dread having my teeth worked on. What I found truly amazing about Dr. Vargas was his unique ability to help me feel relaxed during the entire root canal procedure. Dr. Vargas is truly a professional with a caring heart towards his patients. His staff are very friendly and answered all of my questions completely and thoroughly. I would rate my overall experience as awesome and first rate!

Dr. Vargas listened carefully to my concerns and was able to locate a problem that two other dentists had missed. He was professional and caring. His staff were attentive and the procedure went very well.

They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute.
