I had right CTS release surgery in June 2016. Dr Scott is a skilled surgeon who knows his business. My surgery went fine, and after a short healing period my right UE is doing well. When the time comes for my left CTS release procedure, I would not hesitate to call on Dr Scott for that. Yes, I had to wait an hour late for one of my follow-up visits and I was upset; but on the other hand I appreciate a provider who will take time to listen to patients and who will take time to do things right the first time around. in the long run, it is worth the temporary inconvenience.

The receptionist was pleasant and checked us in at 9 am for my mothers appointment at 915...2hours later after being told that Dr Scott often ran late because of his hardness to work we decided to leave...yes very upset. The receptionist promised it would be just a few more moments which it was but not before discovering there was another patient that had the same appointment time as my mothers....really? Who does that. Apparently his office manager dee rydel . We were shown back to another small room where a resident came in and then left us. After 15 minutes we left. Apparently this Dr and .his office have no idea how important other peoples time is.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
