They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
