Very good doctor. I've gone to him for ten-plus years. I change insurance providers if he is not in their provider list. I was last there in October and he is NOT "too old" to practice medicine. His age is an asset as he has a lot of experience and knowledge.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has never been difficult for me to get an appointment. As far as Dr. Williamson goes, he has the best "bedside manner" I've ever experienced in a physician. He is personable, caring, and he actually takes the time to listen to and answer every single question you may have in an office visit. He also discovered a condition I had that I was unaware of, and he monitors it carefully. Every time I have a test, he calls me personally to inform me of the results. I hope Dr. Williamson never retires from the practice of medicine!
