They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I had been seeing Dr. Day for over a year with a chronic cough, fatigue, living on cough drops, hoarseness, etc. and she never once ordered a chest xray or breathing test. She continued to give me medicine that was not helping. Her bed side manner needs improved as well as her listening skills for documenting the appointments. I have since gotten my medical records and there are quite a few mistakes. I have stage 4 lung cancer because she totally missed my diagnosis.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
