They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The previous bad review seemed more like a complaint against the patients own insurance or lack of it., nothing to do with the doctor at all.

~the short of it is that this office is billing for services not rendered by encouraging u to get ur blood work done there so that they can bill $95 for an office visit.. my insurance has no copay for blood work, the deductible was $1.50 & $4.50 the last2times, thats it!! thats all i am responsible for.. however, after they billed my insurance $95. they billed me a $20.copay and it will eventually go on my credit.. i have spoken to dr linda tetor, the billing department and the office manager.. thats just how they make money..
~i had a physical w DR TETOR to get to know the office&her and let them know what i was doing health wise over the next year.. i told i would need blood test that would be ordered by my specialist in kentucky.. she said NO PROBLEM.. just come in anytime, u dont need an appointment, u will be in&out as we will drawn ur blood for the test.. so i went in about a month later before they opened w the prescription from my specialist to have a suchNsuch test done.. they tried to collect a copay and i said, im not here to c a doctor, i just need to give blood for a test.. she said well u still c a doctor and i said i already spoke to the doctor about this and she said to just come in &i didnt need an appointment.. she said she would call the doctor.. so she did &then she said, have a seat.. i thought it was worked out.. then when they took me back to a treatment room, again i said i dont need to c a doctor.. she said i just do what they tell me.. so i said ok well im not paying a copay for a visit, because here is my prescription, i dont need a visit.. i went to lab corp a few weeks ago & i can go to lab corp again, i was just trying to give ur office the money for the test&keep u in the loop.. so she got the doctor.. then the doctor explained that she always sees patients when they come in for a blood draw.. i said ok well u didnt say that a month ago.. & i better not get billed for a visit because i dont need anything from u & i am not paying for an office visit, i can go to lab corp if u need me to.. she got upset, left the room and FINALLY someone came to take me to get my blood drawn.. i told the phlebotomist about it and she said to talk to billing to be sure.. Billing said she would talk to the doctor, it sounded like they would not bill me for anything but blood draw but she would let me know &in the future go to lab corp.. well, a week later i got a bill..
~my family size is 5 and counting.. i have found a new doctor and will just let the hit on my credit sit there for 7years before i feed their immoral practice..
